MISSION
The mission of Kraft Associates is to assist entrepreneurially spirited business owners achieve their personal goal–typically involving the growth of their business–through the development of their employees. Senior business advisors bring to bear their managerial experiences to provide services including executive counseling, leadership development, strategic planning, and process improvement.
Organizational assessments and continuous learning programs in a wide range of business disciplines are typically provided. In addition to personal client consulting work, we recruit and train new management personnel to assure the future growth and prosperity of the client organization.

SEMINARSBegin with Excellence - Two day seminar where a recruiting and selection process is developed which, when implemented, will contribute to the increase of per person production by placing the “right person” in the “right job.” This program also introduces some of the core Kraft principles with particular emphasis on investing in our people and beginning a process leading to their long term development. Specific techniques covered include: interviewing skills and decision making. One of our newest processes is also introduced in this seminar and used throughout the series: the writing and use of case studies in employee training.
K.A.S.H. - Two day seminar where managers are trained in how to be professional trainers. Heavy emphasis is placed on the development process of communication/sales skills. When implemented this will make managers better communicators, capable of training their people in the knowledge, attitudes, skills and habits necessary for their jobs, therefore resulting in increased productivity. This process is also adaptable for running more meaningful meetings, which are results oriented. Specific techniques covered include: goal setting and another new Kraft module, sales management.
Controlling Excellence - Two day Seminar dealing with management and motivational skills. How to develop and use meaningful management information systems and create a positive motivational atmosphere within the company. Implementation of this Seminar information leads to the installation of a management process usable both in one-on-one and group situations, which results in more cooperation of the employees. Specific techniques covered include: problem solving and team building. Our third new module: the use of financial information for employee development, is also included.

Senior Managers – Two or three day seminar dealing with issues and opportunities faced by Managers who own or report to the owners of our client firms. A case study approach is used to foster an environment for personal development.
